Hey There! I’m Shauna Foster
From Growing up in a small town in the middle of nowhere to hosting Saskatoon’s #1 Morning Show, interviewing Oprah Winfrey, getting married, and becoming the mother of two lovely children, you could say that I’ve come a long way in life. Over the years, I’ve made mistakes, learned several valuable lessons, picked up new hobbies, and made some wonderful friends. But, one thing’s remained the same—my desire to live my best life and encourage others to do the same!
I’ve always believed that if you can’t see a helper, you need to be one yourself. Over 20 years in broadcasting has given me the platform to be the change I’ve always wanted to see. I created this website to share everything I love with my community and inspire a positive transformation in people’s lives.

What I Love
A successful journey to health and fitness starts with self-love. It’s not just how you look; it’s about your attitude to your health and wellness and treating your body with the respect it deserves—because it is the only one you’ve got. Here, I will share my thoughts on staying healthy, happy, and comfortable in my own skin. Fair warning, this is still a work in progress as my definitions of fitness, health, and happiness continue to evolve every day.
How you choose to present yourself as a person can say a lot about you. It can impact your self-confidence and influence others’ perceptions of you. Dressing up is also a great deal of fun! So, join me as I share with you the fashion tips and hacks I’ve learned over the years.
